How would I go about reactivating my account after I have spoken with a billing representative and had them remove my credit card info?
You will need to login to the Account Management Website https://accounts.eamythic.com
- Select the subscriptions tab
- Locate the account you wish to renew
- Click the subscribe button
- Choose your subscription plan and update your billing information
