When I try to re-open my account, I get the message,"Try Again: Access suspended. No play time available." What does this mean?

This message means that the transaction was declined by the card issuer.

You should try to enter your billing details again, in case you made a typo on your first attempt.

However, if you get this message again after re-entering your billing details, you should contact your credit or debit card issuer to see why they are declining the transaction.
