I am experiencing the following error message when trying to download the latest patch: "Could not complete product update." What may be the problem?
If you experience this message along with an error 304, 305, 301 chances are your internet connection is just fine, when trying to patch from our servers. The problem is due to a large amount of people trying to connect to the patcher to download the latest patch. There is no real "fix" to this situation right now, except to keep trying and you will eventually get through.
